Citizens of Ukraine can apply for the Latvian state scholarship for studies. In case of difficulty in obtaining letters of recommendation from Ukrainian higher education institutions, the Academy will issue certificates of readiness to accept a student, which can be uploaded to the system.

Citizens of Ukraine can also submit grades instead of academic transcripts in the form of a screenshot with information about academic performance from the internal system of Ukrainian universities as well as from student’s record books.
